THE NEEDIEST CASES
Some of the children who come to the orphanage are in very dire condition, either very neglected, suffering from starvation or having serious medical conditions. Some of them were simply abandoned, fending for themselves in the wild. The staff of the orphanage takes care of every child that comes to them, no matter their condition. The most serious cases are taken to a medical facility, if transportation is available. But not every child can be saved, and they are buried on the orphanage grounds
